What is Adam’s Yoga Break?
Adam’s Yoga Break is an hour to 1.5 hour class every week during which you and your coworkers treat yourselves to fitness and fun. Adam takes stretching to a new, enjoyable level for everyone--young and old, male and female, athletic or not at all. In his class, you and your friends or coworkers will benefit from excellent therapeutic and beginner yoga while you’re groaning at silly jokes and sampling chocolate treats! The more people who sign up, the more affordable (and fun) it is.
How will Adam’s Yoga Break benefit my coworkers and me?
Yoga’s many health and fitness benefits speak for themselves. And Time Magazine calls the Iyengar tradition of yoga "best for beginners." Adam has had 17 years of training in this style, and he has been teaching for 15 years and counting. Your coworkers will benefit from his experience in bringing fitness and tone to the body, ease to the mind, and joy to the heart.
And Adam's fun, engaging style of teaching pulls people together. As Elena Froelich, a past Adam's Yoga Break member, says, "Adam's classes pulled our staff together and gave us many benefits far beyond the fitness."
Why is Adam's Yoga Break much better than a coffee break? There's nothing better for a group of coworkers or organization members than to have some time together without focusing on their work goals, just having fun and getting healthier. People laugh together, strive to improve themselves, and the bonds of the group grow stronger each week.
Plus, Adam focuses on each individual to help with specific body conditions. Whether it's a tight neck from job stress or a hip or shoulder injury, Adam helps his students learn how to make the poses work for them. Students can learn yoga for the office chair and for stress reduction -- perfect topics for today's office settings, and a recipe for a smoother-running business or group.

What are payment options?
For some companies and groups, the organization pays for the Yoga Break. For some, the company pays 50% and the staff who attend the class split the remaining 50%. And for other groups, the class members split the class costs evenly between them.
